The Safous Online Sales Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over the terms and conditions, in the following order,

Terms &Conditions for IIJ Application Services

Formation of contract, term of contract, and payment of fees.

  • The contract will be formed between IIJ Global Singapore Pte.Ltd. (“GS Singapore”) and the customer when the customer completes the application process on the Safous online application (on the web screen), the credit card payment is approved, and the check box
    regarding the Safous Terms and Conditions is checked by the customer.
  • Upon the conclusion of the contract, the customer agrees to abide by the Safous Online Sales Terms and Conditions, Data Sheet, Safous Terms & Conditions, and Terms and Conditions for IIJ Application Services (the “Terms”), and to abide by the terms and conditions for the collection and use of personal information as set forth therein. The above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be agreed upon by the parties.
  • GS Singapore may amend the Terms from time to time by posting the most current version on our website, in which case these new Terms will supersede prior versions. The Customer shall check these new Terms periodically to take notice of changes as they will be binding on the Customer. If an amendment materially affects the Customer’s rights, GS Singapore will notify the Customer via email, as a notification inside the Services or other reasonable means. The Customer’s continued use of the Services following the effective date of any such amendment may be relied upon by GS Singapore as the Customer’s acceptance of any such amendment. If the Customer does not agree to an amendment, the Customer may terminate use of the Services or request GS Singapore to terminate the provision of the Services to the Customer.
  • The payment for this service shall be made by credit card only.
    The customer's application (service items, quantity, unit price, total contract amount, etc.) will be displayed on the Safous online screen prior to credit card payment, and the customer shall be deemed to have confirmed the contract.
  • After credit card payment, a receipt of the details of the contract will be displayed on the Safous online screen.
  • The credit card payment service of Safous Online is outsourced to Stripe, Inc(“Stripe”),by GS Singapore, When necessary for credit card processing, GS Singapore may provide customer information to Stripe or Stripe may obtain information directly from the customer.
  • Credit cards accepted for payment are VISA, Master Card, and American Express.
  • The service will be available for a free trial period of 30 days from the date of signing of the contract. The service start date is the next day of the end of such free trial period.
  • The minimum usage period of this service is one year from the above-mentioned service start date.
  • The contract renewal date is one year after the service start date.
  • The service fee will be billed on a monthly basis (the amount billed for any month less than one month will be calculated and billed on a pro-rated monthly basis).
  • The date of debit shall be in accordance with the debit date of each credit card company.
  • Safous Online will send an e-mail notification to the address registered by the customer at least 37 days prior to the contract renewal date to confirm the customer's intention to renew the contract.
  • If the Customer does not wish to renew the contract, the Customer shall notify Safous On
    Line Contact at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
  • If the customer does not give notice of intent to cancel at least 30 days prior to the renewal date, the contract will be renewed for another one year under the same terms and conditions as the original contract, and the same shall apply thereafter.
  • If the customer wishes to place additional orders, the customer must contact Safous On Line Contact online (on the web).
  • No free trial period will be provided for additional orders. The payment shall be made from
    the next credit card transaction date, starting from the date of application (credit card
    authorization date).
    In the case of an additional order, the billing amount for any month less than one month will be calculated and invoiced on a pro-rata basis for the monthly amount.
  • The renewal date for the first year of an additional order shall be the same as the renewal date of the original contract.
  • In the event that the customer's credit card cannot be debited, Safous On Line Contact will request payment in reminder.
  • In the event that the credit card company is unable to debit your credit card despite our reminder, we may suspend the service, restrict the use of the service, or terminate the contract immediately without prior notice. Even in such a case, the customer shall not be exempted from the obligation to pay the service fee to GS Singapore
